by I.M.O., cheque drawn on a UK bank, bankers draft, Eurocheque

Delivery

We aim to despatch stock items within 7 days. Bespoke items can take up to 14 days. All items will require a signature on delivery. Prints are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK at a cost of £9.95. Overseas orders are sent by International Signed For at a cost of £25.00.

Returns

Returns Standard Items.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days following the day you receive the goods by:

  • e-mailing us at returns@aviation-art-international.com stating your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number of the cancelled order, or
  • phoning us on 01262 604214(Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm excluding public holidays) - please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand.

If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Aviation Art International at your own risk and cost, therefore, we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on the website.

  • Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the package to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging).
  • A proof of purchase must be supplied.
  • We will not refund any items that have been specially ordered to your individual specification or personalised.
  • Goods returned outside the 7 days cancellation period (but within 28 days of receipt) that can not be re-sold as new will only be refunded to their mail order return value and a credit note may be issued.

Where we have made a charge for postage, this will be deducted from your refund if the goods have been despatched to you.

Returns Policy for bespoke items.

Any bespoke items e.g. photographs which a printed to your specific requirements, that are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded. Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.

 

Privacy

Aviation Art International will never disclose your name and address or any contact details to a third-party. Please contact us on 01262 604214 to remove your details form our database.

We do not, and will not in the future, store any credit or debit card details or other financial information that you supply us.
